Where are Celium's services currently offered?
We're currently only available in South Africa, but we support international shipping for
orders placed by South African partners, shipped through Tunl.
How long will it take to get my business onboarded?
You can estimate between 2–4 weeks to get completely up and running. Some businesses take
longer depending on the number of products and what systems need to be integrated.
Why do I need Celium — can't I fulfill myself?
Fulfillment is only as good as its implementation. We've been doing this for years and
have learnt the DOs and DON'Ts of packing, stock systems, and courier management — so you don't have to.
Can I list and fulfill any products with Celium?
Whilst we're open-minded to anything, we do tend to cater more towards products that are
under the 'eco/holistic' umbrella. So whilst we're probably not going to fulfill your orders of cheap mass
produced socks, we'd be more than happy to fulfill a local clothing brand's hemp pants. Honestly, we're
wanting
to collaborate and work with people and businesses that have a shared vision for creating a better world,
supporting one another, and doing so through kindness and love.
So whilst we don't want to come across to hippy dippy, we do want to highlight who we are and what we stand
for, and we hope you understand where we're coming from. Contact us if you're curious if your business

How do you handle shipping and couriers?
We partner with BobGo (formerly uAfrica) for domestic courier services, with multiple
pickup points and collection available from our Cape Town premises. Tracking is provided to merchants and
customers throughout.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We ship internationally through Tunl, which chooses from a range of couriers to get your
products anywhere in the world, balancing price and speed for each destination.
What product information do I need to provide?
As much as possible: title, pricing, photos, descriptions, and anything else you think is
relevant. The more we know, the better we can represent your products.
What ongoing support do you offer?
We're available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm via WhatsApp or email for anything you need help
with.
Can you create an online store for me?
Yes. Through Celium Studio, we can build a basic ecommerce store, a small catalog site, or
a more custom storefront depending on what you need. If it makes sense, we can also run the ecommerce side
on the Celium backend so you do not need to manage your own full commerce stack.
